these originate from Straßburg and just look like they where based on Sportscars... and I love it!

I do adore more Community focused streets like these. It has a very warm and welcoming feel to it. We got quite a few of these in Berlin and around me... but I can assure you, you don't want cobblestone roads or walkways... as either Drivers or Cyclists... its not a fun experience to use. hell even as a pedestrian I dislike walking on them. Which sucks because I love their astetics!
