World number one Ella Gibson has shot a new compound women’s world record of 718 out of a possible 720 points for the 72-arrow 50-metre qualifying round, subject to ratification, at a top-tier domestic event in Woking, Great Britain.

She tied the men's world record held by Braden Gellenthien. Once again proving that archery is a sport of equal opportunity.
