Have you looked into a dental appliance? I used to use one of those, it would shift my lower jaw forward to help me breathe.

It's not perfect, but if CPAP doesn't work for you, it might be an option. Maybe something to talk about with your sleep doc

Yeah definitely going to look into that, and surgery. I've been to the sleep doc twice and tried CPAP twice, hopefully it's okay to move onto other things now.
