Where did the guy that was behind the trash lady came from? Is it AI filled? The head seems to match perfectly.

No, you can see him behind her in the background in the original. I think this is made without AI, AFAIK this was a thing way before AI.
Where's the complete person in the original picture? I see head, arm and a foot, and those are in the same exact place, so where is the rest coming from? Another picture that's not on the post? Stock person? AI?
