Except he resigned from this last term, so, correct me if im wrong, but, I'm pretty sure he's back in, in January, for the next term he was just re elected for.

His resignation included a statement about not returning for the next term.

I've been wondering about that too. Maybe? There's another Republican saying he's ready to step in but I'm not sure how Florida works. I think the gators decide.
