[Plasma] Gruvbox light inspired (lemm.ee)

I was unable to find Gruvbox light theme, so I decided to create one myself. The thing is still WIP and will be for a while but works for me atm. Key components are color scheme and desktoptheme. Over that I use simp1e gruvbox dark cursor, Tela light icons and Sonokai espresso Konsole theme (but I'm considering switch to gruvbox as well). You can explore it on my GitLab

That looks super pleasant, and that's from someone who usually can't stand light themes lol
