That's not what "qualified" means.
People don't need to meet the definition of being a scientist in order for them to be educating others on scientific topics.
He's not teaching advanced science concepts, you don't need a background in science to teach bog-standard science to children
Science Guy is there to get kids excited about science, not to enforce scientific rigor
They guy next to want is Carl Sagan. He's a pretty smart guy.
And he's an astrophysicist. So according to this guy he is even qualified to be talking about science
Bill nye isn't a scientist but he still taught science and neither Ross nor rogers are scientists either so what's the point of making that distinction then immediately ignoring it?
Yeah Ross and Rogers aren't scientists, they thought different things
Ross teaches art and Rogers teaches about values a lot of people in the united states should live by because the united states is a dystopian hell hole pioneered by bigots and capitalists
And Jean Claude Van Damm was a dancer first. Who the hell cares? They inspire people to explore science and teach the fundamentals of science. Nowhere in the meme do they claim to be anything other than inspiration.
