The Supreme Court knows he can't be elected again and they already have their seats, they don't owe him anything anymore

Him? No. The Heritage Foundation? Who ever paid off gambling debts, who ever is willing to pay for vacations and mother in law rent? They can either still owe them, or they can simply pay for whatever they want a la cart.
