It might be time for a massive labor strike. Maybe they will listen when the economy ๐๐ฅ
Not enough. You have to kill them. Violence is the only reasonable answer. There is no negotiating with these people. They will kill you if you are in their way. One day you will understand who you are dealing with, but it will be far too late then.
