Bad organizations had needless meetings before covid and zoom too.
Oh, absolutely. I think Zoom meetings have highlighted just how bad and needless a lot of meetings are because they can be recorded, and bad managers who want to pretend to be doing something with remote workers have called extra needless meetings.
