Growing up neurodivergent in the 80s and not being disruptive enough to demand said deeper look may lead to:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Internalization of negative self-worth
  • Avoidance of formal higher education
  • Early burnout
  • Lifelong vague dissatisfaction
  • Disillusionment with the world and its systems
  • Being terminally online searching frantically for the next dopamine hit
