Don’t worry, SCOTUS will overturn OSHA soon enough.
They already did more or less. Friday they blew up the Chevron decision which means the court can override rules by regulatory agencies whenever they want.
Yep that’s what I was talking about. Technically OSHA still has authority until the asshats bring that through the courts and it gets gutted.
Yeah can’t say that’s not a possibility, the court 100% needs to be stacked at this point.
