You get that a lot with these types of articles.

They got to make sure to keep the money from the CCP flowing.

Mind you, I am not making any kind of judgement around the success (or lack of thereof) of the CCP's chip investment program. Either way, there are many grifters in China who most definitely trying to get some money off these programs.
