yes angstrom. we are st the age of fab nodes where nm isnt precise enough measurmenet under 3nm
Thanks. That's what I thought but guess I couldn't believe we were there. Last I really read (which has been a while), below 3nm, quantum tunneling became a problem. I guess we've addressed that in the fab process.
Remember that the reported nm resolution is kinda arbitrary and laced with marketing wank.
