The Moomins is a franchise created by finnish author/illustrator Tove Jansson. It features a vast amount of comics, TV series, movies, books and games, telling various stories mostly set in moominvalley.

Me too! I don't know much about Moomin but now I want to find examples of Moomin and floating.

Check out the first episode of the 1990s TV series.

About halfway through is when they discover the magical hat has produced floating clouds solid enough to fly around on.
