MOSCOW, Aug 27 (Reuters) - Russia on Tuesday condemned a move by Ukraine to ban a Moscow-linked branch of the Orthodox Church, describing it as an attack on Christianity and a blow to freedom of religion.

You don't get to control a church via the state and then complain when another country says that church is controlled by your state and is a threat to national security, especially not when that another country tried to be nice about it for 2, 10, or 15 years depending on how you want to think of this conflict.
