I havent had to pay a single penny to an insurance company or healthcare provider. Less than £100 a month comes out of my paycheck, which funds the NHS. My prescriptions don’t cost a penny extra. For life.
How much do you pay per month? Whats your deductible? How much is your medication? Whats your insurance limit?
That's odd. The NHS is known internationally for being near as bad as the Canadian model. "NHS in Crisis" is in the papers 7 times a year.
You haven't answered the questions
No. I don't take orders well, especially from people like you.
It's not an order, it's questions that the other user asked, that's how conversations work, you make a statement, someone ask related questions, you answer them.
No, that's not how conversations work at all. You ignore irritating demands about personal numbers.
Well then, if you refuse to do the minimum necessary to help keep the conversation going (i.e. answering questions asked to you so we're able to compare the solution you adopted to the public alternative most people use in Canada), why are you here in the first place?
so you’re here to troll
Wasn't initially. Yall tiresome patriot machines
Your entire comment chain has been trolling.
Yes. No engagement or discussion. Just throwing nonsense out - solely, as you put it, “Insulting morons”
Considering you're not insured the person least likely to have used the Canadian healthcare system here is... You
Watching my uncle die of a brain tumour while they insisted it was depression was an eye opener. They've chased all tje decent medical professionals south with their bullshit system.
Ok so that doesn't happen in the USA?
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/health/2023/07/18/medical-misdiagnosis-killing-disabling-americans/70423573007/
I really hope the federal government doesn't "nationalize" dentistry. Right now if I need care I can get it. Other than emergencies I'm to fuck off under the current regime. The doctors have left. They dicked around for 2 years over a customers prostate cancer now it's spread, he'll be dead this time next year.
Why did you change the subject just now after I provided misdiagnosis numbers in the USA?
I didn't. The part on topic was in the second half.
You did, I showed that misdiagnosis happen in the USA as well, you just started talking about your anecdote again without addressing the fact that it might as well have happened in the USA.
It didn't happen in the USA genius.
But it does happen in the USA as well, that's the whole point! You're pissed because of your anecdote so you ignore the fact that 800k families have the same anecdotes in the USA!
Those 800k other anecdotes didn't happen because government policy chased all.the doctors out of the country leaving us with the bottom of the barrel stressed out to the nines. Can't get a doctor now If I want one, had to basically bribe a nurse to get my class one medical done. Nurses, nurse practicioners and pharmacists can do that, now, btw, government realized truckers not being able to see doctors to get government mandated medicals was counter productive.
Still dodging! The point still stands, medical mistakes still happen in the private system across the border, you're blaming the public system because you're angry at it so you keep ignoring that the same thing could have happened in the USA (and a big part of the blame for your personal situation goes to you in fact, maybe it's because you know it but can't accept it that you're so angry, you should get that looked into, good news, psychologists are mostly operating privately... Funny how access to one is a major issue though 🤔)
Yes you are dodging, instead of recognising that the same situation could have happened in the USA you're changing the subject and acting like it's ok that it happens in the USA because it's not related to government policies, to you those 800k misdiagnosis are ok because they happened in the private sector so we can ignore them because your opinion isn't based on facts, it's based on your feeling that the government is bad.
Oh so now per capita is important but it's not for how much is spent on healthcare per capita?
I've got another number for you... 28k
https://www.rcinet.ca/en/2019/10/28/thousands-die-from-medical-errors-yearly-notes-advocacy-group/
USA: 800k for 330m = 2.4/1000
Canada: 28k for 37.5m in 2019 = 0.75/1000
So tell me now, where do we see the most deaths per capita due to bad diagnosis? Do YOU understand what per capita means?
"here's all the way I've used the system" "well, you dummies have never used the system"
You really do love lying. Do i need to remind you of my post that you responded to? Lets see, the last time I used the system.... was 2 weeks ago, when I took my baby to the ER for an ear infection. That took 4 hours, which isn't great and has room for improvement, but... you know, they got the care they needed at 0 additional cost.
Exactly. 200 fuckwits being wrong doesn't make them right. But, well, they do call themselves lemmings I guess
wow... i cant imagine having my head halfway as far up myself as you do.
In the end, i think everyone here can see you for the liar you are, and your criticism of the system seems to boil down to "well, i dont use it, so lets make it worse for everyone else... proof that the USA spends more for worse service? I'll just call it fake and ignore it"
I hope all your friends know exactly who you are.
