This laptop was given to me for data recovery by a client, on condition that I don't comment on it's state.

So I won't ๐. I will however add that the white substance inside and outside is laundry detergent that it had been soaking in for months.
Miraculously the SSD was the only uncorroded and salvageable part. I was able to extract the client's kids' minecraft worlds.
Parents gotta be gamers. No other parent understands the gravity of that much work in a game.
