Will we see the final actor for Dragon in Loguetown or will we get a Game of Thrones: The Mountain 2: Electric Boogaloo, and have the character recasted once he's finally seen?

Knowing how soon they revealed the relationship between Luffy and Garp they might change something from the manga regarding Dragon
