What? You mean the terrorist who was arrested for trying to blow up a house of parliament? What's problematic about that?
He was a papist (i.e. a Catholic theocrat) who was fighting against the Protestant theocracy in England. He wanted to replace a Protestant theocracy with a Catholic theocracy.
