Ya I remember that article of a bunch of US volunteer doctors coming back from over there and saying they're under counting by a shit load. The health system is completely overwhelmed and has basically lost the ability to accurately count everyone who has died. Plus, I bet they can't get all the people dying of starvation, dehydration, or exposure who either.
