Classism is sickening, what's your issue? As far as I can tell you're implying he shouldn't have an opinion of it's offensive to someone. That's sorta really really fucking fun given the claim of transphobia.
No, Everett can have his opinion and she can change her name, they aren't mutually exclusive and I'm not really sure where you're going with this odd cryptofacist tirade.
Correct, it's none of his business. He can have his own opinion, but that doesn't become a reason to voice it. You can think someone is ugly, but you're rude to say it aloud. Your opinion does not inherently justify your actions.
I truly have no idea what you are trying to say here. People can have their personal views of trans folk, I can't change that, but at minimum, leave us the fuck alone.
