As much as I would love that, probably they don't have their fortune in cash savings but most probably put it into diversified investments of some sorts.
Russia is on a war economy while Europe and the US is not. I guess that explains the difference a bit and also would change quickly if Russia attacks NATO directly.
It's hard to differentiate between willful collaboration and giving infos due to threat of torture. Not an easy case imho.
Not sure if you're being sarcastic? We tried holding back pretty much for years but Russia has been escalating regardless. There's no point anymore, the logical thing is to supply everything Ukraine can effectively make use of.
