It's really just the exactly right amount of mods. Pick the things you want and be done in an hour or so. With auto-updates.

In hindsight it kinda was funny. Though also supersad, seeing him THAT delusional just because we are the remnants of a generation brought up with hate for gays. I didn't really cared about his sexual preferences. He was a great dude. Yet he's gone due to this repression of such a trivial matter.

Had this friend who swears he was straight. But. He loved dicks, coz they're "so aethetical" and despised vajayjays coz "they're disgusting axe-wounds". When i dared saying he sounds more gay than straight he was furiously pissed and in the end quit the friendship coz I'm just "straightphobe" and seeing gays everywhere.

I didn't really know - being a logical being - how to react to all of this. He was dead serious. Even offered to suck me off and got pissed that i declined due to not being bi nor gay.

Yeah like that 😁 But I'm on the net since day1 and i stopped asking WHY a long time ago 😂

.. To which i fell victim. Thanks to the commenter before you for wasting time. And thanks to the world being weird enough to make me believe this without hesitation.

Sure, but also you do not accept the 1m and that's it. You're not changing the system, you're not furthering yourself, you "just" stood by your principles. Admitted, a million would alsp probably not help to correct the system.

Yes you absolutely could. It takes 1m away from what is "corrupt and fucked" and helps me being the opposite. E.g. could buy me a lot of ads telling the world how corrupt and fucked it all is.

Isn't basically everyone getting better than the US? Except having a great military ofc.

And what is it with my attitude? To have a strong opinion?

I remember the times where we didn't have a tiny computer with us all day to be reachable. And if I'd be lonely because i don't give a rats ass about WA, fb and the likes, that'd be indeed lonely but not due to that

I use both. Windows for the domain, backup, Video-surveillance, emby and some other critical things, and linux for proxmox and a lot of diverse vms. Mainly ubuntu lts.

It's not a religous thing, it's a pragmatic one. Best tool for the job

Top shelf stuff...

[Update:Solution]

It was my router which set STP on by default. Switching it off (in smaller networks) or using RSTP made the delays go away.

Hóla!

For a long time I've got this horribly annoying problem: Upon bootup, ANY domain-machine that is using LAN (no probs with wireless) has an idle-time with "there's no network!" of about 1-2mins until they discovered the network. BUT only windows-machines. Linux boxes get net instantly. Also on LAN.

Setup: 2 Domaincontrollers, Server2019. Both are DNS, one is DHCP and NPS for WIFI. All machines have fixed IPs, the DHCP is just for wireless clients.

I have tried everything I could think of, like NIC-Drivers, OpenDHCP, temporarily changed the switch from a managed one to a dumb one, changed the NIC in the server, let only one DC be alive at a time, rejoined the domain, the usual sfc/dism-approach and whatnot.

I asked once on reddit, but everyone just told me "that's DHCP!", yet it's (seemingly at least) not. All have fixed IPs, but using dhcp doesn't change a thing.

So I'm clueless again, hoping for some nerd that's nerdier than me to have an idea :)
