I wasn't familiar with this distro. After a little bit of reading I learned it's based on RHEL, and made by a hwawei and a chinese nonprofit called the open atom foundation with the support of the Chinese government.

Edit: correction, EulerOS is developed by hwawei, OpenEuler is the community version
