Got caught by the police and forgot it at home? 10€. Not having a license in general? That‘s a paddlin‘. More can be found here.

Cars in Germany are telepathic and won't start unless you have your license with you. Also, your car is very upset about what you looked at on the internet last night.

No. Costs 10€ if you are caught

But I am not sure if they will let you continue driving if caught.

They will write you a ticket for 10€.

But if you’re not a German citizen they’ll probably detain you for identification.

Yes, most cars drive with petrol, not with a license.
