This bug lives on my cucumber in central Germany (vine region). Should I do something about them?

Yes, a juvenile stink bug. They can do some damage to fruits like tomatoes or apples. But in my experience they are harmless if you maintain a healthy habitat in your garden.
I thought so too, but it's sooo tiny in comparison to the ones I commonly see in the area.
