I love the sopranos, but there's some weird things that don't make sense in the show.

For one thing, I don't understand why they keep confusing marinara sauce with gravy. Like, they're obsessed with food, especially Italian food, but they don't know the name of one of their most iconic dishes??

Another thing the writers must not have realized is that theft, murder, and adultery are sins in the Christian religion, but the gang does all this while being very religious ("I'm a strict Catholic"). They would have to have heard about the 10 commandments at some point, so it doesn't make sense for them to keep doing crimes.

The only explanation for these gaffes is that there must not have been much thought put into the writing or production of the show. The best example of them cutting corners is the finale, where they must not have bothered to check the final cut before putting it on air, because the whole ending is missing!

Did anyone else notice weird flubs in the sopranos?

Why does the larger mobster, Bobby, not simply eat the others? Is he stupid? (With the obvious exception of Sal, because Bobby ain't no finook)
