like, im not one to usually say stuff, but uh, tolkien was very direct with how aragorn looked, from the books: "As Frodo drew near he threw back his hood, showing a shaggy head of dark hair flecked with grey, and in a pale stern face a pair of keen grey eyes."

Artistic freedom. I don't understand why people are so glued to the words.

Just as Peter Jackson took artistic liberties. Even Tolkien himself switched some descriptions quite drastically between the concepts and the published books.

Just enjoy it as something new.

honestly, more importantly, remember when magic the gathering wasnt about a constant stream of crossovers?

I mean sure, but thats a completely differeny topic imo. It's easy enough for me to ignore those that I don't care for.

Wouldnt it be much much cooler if they create their own characters instead of changing existent characters and hijacking their legacy? (keep in mind i mean that in all directions not just what is presented here)
