Trump posted on his social media platform that there was “no reason for Putin to be shooting missiles into civilian areas, cities and towns, over the last few days. It makes me think that maybe he doesn’t want to stop the war, he’s just tapping me along, and has to be dealt with differently”.

I'm honestly surprised that he is showing any public signs of catching on to reality. All credit to Zelenskyy's diplomatic skills!

Trump will forget in an hour of course.

He's probably slowly realizing that whatever Putin has on him isn't going to matter now that he has a solid grip on power in the US, and as such he should do whatever it takes (potentially flipping to back Ukraine) to maintain and increase that power.
