Elon Musk: your new Tesla will drive from the factory floor, to your house 'this year'
This is a most excellent place for technology news and articles.
Okay so the car driving itself to you is ridiculous. Having someone drop you off to pick up the vehicle is ridiculous. How does the car get to your house without being ridiculous, exactly?
By being delivered on a truck? Not sure if this is a regional thing if you’re not in the US, but it’s not unusual to get a car delivered to your house on a flatbed truck or semi in the US. How do you think cars get transported around the country?
They get delivered to the dealership, not your house?
Tell me you've never had to have your broken car towed to your home because you couldn't afford a mechanic.
People have cars hauled to their home all the time on a flatbed tow truck.
Those cars do not rack up mileage while on said flatbed truck.
Brother we are not talking about a broken car that you pay someone to tow, we are talking about a new car delivery.
The same trucks that tow cars can tow new ones to you.
It's not a difficult concept.
I'm fully aware that tow trucks exist. It's not a difficult concept, which is exactly why it's surprising that you seem to be so confused.
Apparently you don't. Because you are the one confused about how one can get a car delivered to their home instead of going to the dealership.
