I’d like to limit my feed to a rolling 1 week window so that I don’t run into the same old posts at the “end” of my feed.

I browse my feed by “new” and usually scroll until I’m caught up. I notice that I’m caught up once the posts are a week old.

Instead of reading older posts, I’d love to just have a hard end to the feed where there are no more posts.

Not sure if this makes sense? Or if this is the correct channel for feature requests.

The Lemmy developers are implementing support for this in Lemmy 1.0 - we'll update Mlem to support that feature when Lemmy 1.0 releases. And yes, you're welcome to submit feature requests here :)

That’s awesome, thanks! Good to know that this is going to be supported by Lemmy itself.
