Yeah, just like no one will vote for Tony Hinchcliffe, either.

But if Bad Bunny is any indication, a lot of Puerto Ricans off the island and in the States won't vote for Trump because of Tony Hinchcliffe.

Listen, I can't put numbers to it but the democrats have concession after concession trying to win over the MAGA undecided. Week before the election having an acting president put them down when Trump is already drowning is nonseniscal. This is an exact example why I can't stand Biden. He trips over his own dick when there is absolutely no reason to.

They don't have to win over "MAGA undecided," whatever that means.

They just have to convince people who weren't planning on voting to vote.

It's what all the focus groups are about. It's exactly who the campaign is targeting. If they just wanted turnout they would make headway on the Genocide in Gaza.

Because people who hold focus groups can predict that a MAGA comedian is going to call Puerto Rico a trash island at Trump's big rally a few days before election day?

How can they do that?

[–] Clinicallydepressedpoochie@lemmy.world 2 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

No, I'm saying this campaign has been about courting the MAGA leaning conservative.

I'm pretty sure presidential campaigns are about courting everyone you can possibly court that even has a slim chance of voting for you.

Or what's the point?
