For any other bank CEOs reading this, just to help you out, how you know if a cryptocurrency venture is a scam is if they mention cryptocurrency or blockchain. If they do, it's a scam. (If they don't, they're not a cryptocurrency venture and may or may not be a scam.)

For any other bank employees reading this, check that you are actually allowed to purchase cryptocurrency while having access to potential insider information.
