Last week, I tried to register for a service and was really surprised by a password limit of 16 characters. Why on earth yould you impose such strict limits? Never heard of correct horse battery staple?

I had to make an account the other day with the absolute worst password requirements I've ever seen:

Yeah but the stakes are higher in Jersey you can get fined or even jail for messing up that password.
