Well, in context, hasn't he been thundering around an island full of zombies, so a 'real woman' is an oddity?
Yeah, the bit is old. When it was comical chivalry it works better than going full JD Vance in an Ikea.
He was on Newkama Island with Ivankov, so man obsessed with women was on an island of men dressed as women, or very masculine trans women. I never looked into okama or how they identify outside of one piece.
